advantages of training are as follows:

This helps the organization to cut their cost on re-work and non-economical methods.

person uses machines very efficiently; as he has been taught to use it to the
full capacity, which reduces the chances of accidents or mishaps.

work efficiently. This helps the organization to free a person, who is

One of the biggest employee
training and development disadvantage is cost. A company can handle employee
training initially but the cost of training and development is not easily
handled by any company or organization. For example, if you use an outside
trainer for the training of employees, you have to pay him. And on the other
way, send a trainer to another location, the company have also bothered his
payment for his efforts.
BENEFITS DEPEND ON
TRAINER
sometimes, companies choose a trainer for the employees from one of their good employee, who is good in his works. But in that particular situation trainer can’t provide good training to employees because he or she is only good in his own work. Work as a trainer is a difficult job for that particular employee and he cants makeover another employees personality. So the quality of training only depends on a good trainer.
REQUIRED MORE TIME
A trainer cant provides
enough time to employees because he or she may be busy in his own tasks. Some
employees are pretty weak in their performance and they required more time
training for the success in their work. A company or trainer does not give them
extra time and they are not so good in their work.

between the two can form a best way of swapping the common requirements. But
